Farm Collection
The traditional farmhouse of Formentera is a building that forms part of the island's architectural heritage. It is characterized by its simplicity, straight lines, and use of local materials.
The main facade is usually white, with a central entrance door and two windows, one on each side. The windows may have wooden shutters, traditionally painted blue.
At the front, it is common to find a porch supported by two pillars, a characteristic element that provides shade and protection.
Over time, many traditional farmhouses were expanded by building new structures attached to the right or left of the original building, according to the needs of each family.
The traditional farmhouse of Formentera represents a traditional, functional architecture perfectly integrated into the island's landscape.
