 In Ibiza there is a traditional variety of strawberry, with small fruit and intense aroma, which was cultivated on the island until the 70s and 80s. Currently, work is being done to recover it.
 

 
 Strawberries are part of the local spring crops and are still grown on small farms in Ibiza. Their small size and intense aroma distinguish them from larger commercial varieties.
