 Beneath the waters of Formentera and the Balearic Islands lies a landscape teeming with life, formed by seagrass meadows, algae, fish and small animals that find refuge among the rocks and posidonia.
 
 
 Among its inhabitants we can find the seahorse, delicate and difficult to spot; the grouper, the wrasse, the rock wrasse, the John Dory, the grunt, and the grunt. Alongside them grow various green, brown, and red algae, which add shapes and colors to the seabed.
 
 
 Posidonia seagrass plays a vital role in this underwater landscape. Its meadows provide refuge and feeding grounds for numerous species and help maintain the transparency and quality of the water.
